Lousy hair consult just wanted to get me to do a treatment. Nails were ok but really poor atmosphere with no music WiFi or clean essentials, had to wash my hands in a pedicure sink?… staff were too loud and eating everywhere idk. Didn’t make me feel comfortable, the Cuban receptionist was nice.

Wouldn’t recommend/book again. I booked with Ted, but Nika started doing my hair? £37.50 - cut, wash & blow dry & hair conditioning treatment. (35 mins?!!!) felt so rushed. Hair wash was done within 5 mins & hair was not washed thoroughly. Nika was speaking to other staff members in another language & could barely understand me, not concentrating on my hair & I didn’t feel like I was at a London hairdressers. Haircut was ok, she didn’t check my hair after doing it & moved onto another client.
