Luis is great and I would highly recommend him. A super thorough conditioning treatment was used and I had a great had massage with it. I am pleased with the cut and my bouncy blow dry is still looking great 2 days later.

I've been going here for years,but it's getting worse.The beautician was skilled&helpful, but the salon was dirty, with dust&hair everywhere. They barely had any base coat left,and my nails didn’t even last a week. Had to get them redone elsewhere

The blow-dry itself was good, but the venue looked dirty and unprepared. The wash was not great. The offer came with a treatment also but I think they forgot about that. It's clear the staff is not well paid and therefore not hugely motivated. In future I would go with somewhere that treated/paid their staff better even if it cost a tenner more.
