I asked for all the one length - no layering and was given some feathering at the end. The stylist also put some product on my hair without asking. I have a sensitive skin and scalp and only use products I know and understand. This is why despite paying for a shampoo and blow-dry I never get the shampoo but attend with hair washed already that morning.
