I always go to Splash when in London never usually have a bad experience. I booked an appointment and got the worst experience from someone who was not a hairdresser. From his customer service to the washing to the bad blow dry no products used. I could have done better myself. I then waited ages for someone to put it right which made me late for my anniversary dinner. No apology and I paid full price.
Blow Dry
Although the price is not high, you get what you pay for. The place was definitely not clean and I didn’t get a relaxing experience. The towel that my hands were on was wet, the water was cold, my cuticle was cut so that it started bleeding and was swollen the next day. I wouldn’t come back personally. The gel does hold for a while though, but the manicure itself I had to fix myself at home.

Loved my haircut by Nika! She was so quick, and the best blow dry ever on my usually fluffy hair.
I have issues with hair loss, so asked in the notes on booking for someone experienced in this. They had 2 stylists there when I arrived to confer and make sure I was happy, So attentive and kind of them.
