Was ignored upon arrival. Then hairdresser didn’t speak English, another member of staff had to translate. Didn’t even do a consultation and look at my hair first. Just went straight to washing, which was so rough, not relaxing at all, she kept banging my head in the sink. Hacked my hair off at the front without checking the length I wanted. Now I have the worst haircut in my life. It’s all uneven and not a trim, it’s a totally terrible hair cut and style that does not resemble what I asked for

Haircut cancelled do not relevant but very busy salon so they were happy I cancelled
Waxing was more painful. Beautician was poor English speaker. Did not understand me

It has the atmosphere of a men's barbers as opposed to a hairdressers. Stylist did a basic but okay cut. Not too easy to communicate as she didn't speak English and other staff had to translate.
