Nila -great skills and personality.
Really talented with colour and blowdry.
Not too pleased with Splash Charing Cross re-updating & keeping track of my visits-therefore never receding my free blowdry.
Apparently it is a ‘system issue!’
What’s annoying -is the glitch in system is usually financially to the salons advantage.
Also find that it’s freezing downstairs -had nails gone & really bad service with that -had old nail polish used & nails filed incorrectly. Toilet smelly.

mid, very rushed, hair cut took 5 minutes and didn't even section my hair. took longer on the blow dry.
