Splash provides good value, although I was frustrated that there are no fans to dry your nails (I got a regular, not a shellac, so it needed some time to dry). The manicure isn't as smooth as I would have wanted - there are some bubbles underneath - but I would go back again if I got a discount voucher. My manicurist was professional and nice.
