She rushed through it in ten mins which is fine as I didn't have a lot of growth... came home to find that there were so many long hairs that just hadn't waxed off!!! I've been to sister Splashs many times,.. never to the same girl but on the whole 90% of the time they do a great job... this was the worst and most ridiculous experience.. my fault for not checking but she made herself out to be such an expert that I didn't feel I needed to... also other girls at the other saloon leave so you can get changed which gives you time to check.. she just stood there and chatted so I couldn't check anyway.. guess I'll have to fix it myself!

Really poor... how hard is it to get filing and painting nails right? Came home to find various indentations on my nails as I think she hadn't put the various polish layers on correctly... it looks like my nails have already grown because she hasn't taken all the layers to the same place in the nail bad and on my little toe my old red polish is still shopping (new colour is like a gold). She rushed through it saying she was very fast but maybe if she spent time on it she would have done it properly...Very disappointed! I have used this sister saloons before so this was a very poor experience. Expected the express pedi to be a miniature full one.. who does their nails and paints them without cleaning them or at least cleaning away the nail filings? gross!

Do not go! I booked for an hour pedicure and an hour manicure and both were finished ( as well as shellac removal) within 1 hour 10mins. And the results show. It was in a small basement room with smelly drains. Waste of money, never to be repeated.

The women who did my manicure was lovely, she fixed a really bad chip in my nails as well and really seemed to care about giving me a great service. She was very chatty and I enjoyed speaking with her. Overall she painted my nails very well. For a quick nail fix and polish I would really recommend!
