The manicurist was friendly and welcoming. When she was cutting my cuticles, she was a bit too rough. My finger bled, and is still hurting now. I don't think I will go back to this place.

The treatment was good; and the woman doing the treatment was lovely and friendly. However it wasn't so pleasant walking through a busy salon at the top full of men; before getting to the treatment room hidden away downstairs. Also the guy at the door when I first came in, wasn't so friendly. I came in 10 mins early and he asked me to come back in 10 minutes dead on the treatment time. Which I thought was odd / rude.

The wax was brief and in thorogh. I have been before and have had a good experience. The lady doing my wax left hard to reach places and some hairs that had been totally unwaxed. When I checked and asked her to get a few strays she denied there were any-- I could feel them.. There were:
Since returning home I have noticed more missed areas.
She said she couldn't wait to go home, swore a lot and was slapdash.... So all in all I didn't feel like I was getting the treatment I paid for. I paid full price, no deal not worth it
I wouldn't recommend her
