I often visit Splash for waxing treatments and have consistently good experiences at their salons. On this occasion, my beauty therapist was extremely friendly and we had a good chat, which was great to keep my mind off the waxing! The only (small) downside was that this was not as pain-free as it has been on other occasions - she didn't really use techniques such as pressing down on the waxed skin to ease the pain and I didn't feel like she held my skin as taut as she perhaps could have done. But it certainly wasn't anything I couldn't handle, and she did do a very thorough job. V pleased with the result!

The beautician, as usual, was really friendly and professional and I was very satisfied of the manicure I got. The only constructive comment I have about the location is that there's too much hair in the salon.

I love going to splash as the beautician are always delivering good results and all the staff is extremely nice, this is really the beat value for money place in Londob. Only negative remark is that there's hair everywhere ...
