The salon was super busy, the staff not particularly friendly, the waiting area tiny and the steps to the lower floor precarious. Treatment room itself was also tiny so the ambience and interior were pretty unpleasant. The treatment was good and fairly thorough... good value but don't expect the red carpet treatment.

Hollywood wax was quick and pretty much painless - the beautician was very professional, when I said the wax was slightly too warm she took this into account and was very cautious and routinely asked if the temp. was okay.
