The staff at Splash Charing Cross are always very nice and pay attention to detail. So I've always received an honest opinion and nails that last, as opposed to peeling before the two week period. The nail bar is in a private room, so that can be good if you want to get away from the crowds. Not so good if you're looking for the typical busy nail bar ambience. Each to their own.
