We had a lovely afternoon, afternoon tea was delicious and served promptly. We used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room.my only regret is not being able to get longer as we couldn’t arrive until 2pm. The changing room had a costume spinner which I always appreciate. Free robe and slipper (annoying if you have pay extra for these) which was great. Thoroughly enjoyed my treatments too . My only criticism of the whole experience was it was too hot.. no air con working the whole place was hot so this made things a little uncomfortable but couldn’t be helped. All the staff were pleasant and friendly.

The massage and facial were amazing and the staff were all great, but the facilities weren’t up the same standard and it was a bit of a scrum to get a lounger.
