I have to say we had a lovely couple of hours and wish I had booked it so we had longer, the pool is small but as there were only a few people it didn’t matter and we enjoyed the steam, jacuzzi and sauna. The afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were attentive. The only issue on the day was that the air con wasn’t working so it was really hot luckily the treatment rooms had a fan. Overall a pleasant experience.

As some previous reviews have mentioned, there's isn't much seating room in the pool/jacuzzi area. Steam rooms are lovely and changing facility's good, clean and tidy, even if a little hot. Massage was lovely and all staff really helpful.

Enjoyed our stay for one night.
Food was really good and got a three course meal included in our deal, which was great. They also catered for people with food allergies, which was helpful due to be being diary intolerant.
The spa facilities was good, quite busy and had to wait to use the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check out an hour later without an extra charge due to us having spa treatments.
Overall a good stay

The staff were lovely. Scalp and back massage was really good, very relaxing and just what I needed. The spa area isn't big enough with only 6 loungers and about 3 chairs. That's the only downside.
