I was part of a group of 5. We thought the experience was great value for money. Loved the fluffy robes and great to relax by the pool. The facilities were clean and all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. We even had a complementary Prosecco with our afternoon tea. The cakes were delicious. We found inconsistencies across the spa team though. The 2 of us who had Cat thought she was BRILLIANT but the other team member was not of the same fantastic standard at all.
The staff were very friendly and I throughly enjoyed my two massages (facial and back massage). I would highly recommend this spa for a nice gateway.

When I booked I didn't get a choice of times for treatments I was basically told I had to have treatments at a certain time and going as a couple I thought it might have been a shared experience but it was all separate which meant we spent a hour on our own the therapist was excellent . The staff on the desk kept disappearing so when I had a question they were not around to assist. I also found the afternoon tea from the bar was terrible unfortunately.
