Appt was cancelled last minute, and only after I called to say I was running a few minutes late.
Reason given was that the service was for ladies only. However no mention of this when booked.

Nice treatments, not the most luxurious environment, which if you know in advance may not bother you. You go through a small beauty salon, it’s located at the back, couch is a bit cramped, the therapist does her best to accommodate

Unfortunately I had a tummy bug and could not make the appointment. I contacted spark beauty requesting to reschedule as I had paid for the wax however I received no reply. Feel let down because it was not my fault that i was unwell.
