The spa at this weirdly hidden away hotel in Battersea is excellent, not least because we were the only ones there on the weekday we visited. Massages were also brilliant. However, there was initial miscommunication about parking and the overall experience was let down by extremely slow service for the afternoon tea, which when it finally did arrive - almost an hour after we'd sat down - was nothing special, with suspiciously defrosted-tasting "fresh" sarnies. Interesting ambience too, metres from a helipad, which you'll either find annoyingly noisy or pleasingly jetset, depending on your point of view.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning, the light in the steam room was not working/it was pitch black and the spa area was insufficiently lit. These problems were sorted half way through the day. The full body exfoliation with sea salt treatment was brilliant though - left me feeling really great. The spa did offer a complimentary glass of champagne due to the problems with the hot water. Good day for me and my mum, which would have been better had the facilities all been working properly from the start.

This is a really great spa. Not too busy mid week. The staff are nice but not all over keeping things well stocked - bathrooms run out of soap, towels etc relaxation room runs out of hot water, teapots etc. But great facilities and nice additional extras in the relaxation room with nuts, muesli bars etc

Very good over all ,apart that the restaurant manager don't remember to write happy birthday on the plait after that I called two ice before hand!!!

My wife and friends had very good time , Wich I booked for my wife 40' birthday ,but
I called the restaurant and ask them to write happy birthday on the dessert plait ,, but dint happen .
