I was very pleased with the kind welcoming via emails and very helpful Jade!
The Spa is small but very clean . However if you want a quiet relaxing day , you might be slightly disappointed as there is so much noise coming from people who are splashing in the pool and constantly laughing and talking . This was the only downside of the day !
Our massages were fabulous :)))) Me and my sister booked back fatigue treatment and was so so so good , the therapists Jade and Paula were phenomenal :))))) The relaxation room we stayed before and after the treatment was so cozy and tea delicious !
The lunch in the restaurant was really nice , the view to the river so calming and the staff very welcoming ! Thank you for the lovely pampering day :)

On first impression this spa was fantastic, it wasn't until we stepped into the pool that I felt a bit let down.
It was cold - and being a spa pool you'd expect it to be warm. I go swimming locally at a leisure center and this was the same temperature as the massive pool for exercising. A guest at the hotel said it usually wasn't anywhere near as cold. When I told staff she said it wasn't meant to be hot, and was quite dismissive. There were also old razors and wrappers in the pool underneath the metal loungers in the pool. Really was offputting. If they have a pool they need to keep in warm and clean!
It's a shame as I really loved everything else about the spa and the massage was fantastic.

A wonderful relaxing experience for a tired Mum with young kids. The treatment left my skin feeling new and the refreshing "beautiful skin" tea refreshed me on the inside.

Loved my stay here, very clean hotel and spa! Lovely rooms all clean and modern! Spa was very nice with body massage treatment very relaxing !
Only thing to comment bad on was drinks over priced at dinner that's all!

The spa used to be better. The steam room was not working properly for the whole duration we were there. We asked the staff to fix it but were told "this is how it should work". Having been at this spa several times before - we know it is not true. There were literally no steam whatsoever in the so called steam room. It was just a room that was hot, no steam. And they made no attempt to sort this out.
Having paid quite a lot of money for the spa day we didn't get to enjoy it as much (as we used to) cause we mostly like to use a steam room which we were not able to do this time.
Massage was so-so too.
Will not go back there.
