Booked this as a spa including one night.
Spa was amazing, room was amazing, Only disappointment was finding plastic in my dessert. The staff at the restaurant was more then accommodating, and was told by waitress this was not the first time this has happened.
Tried to complain at front desk to report it and was told "don't cry about it".
Trying to find a way to complain in by email but can't find anyway.

This package was amazing! The hotel was I think the best I have ever stayed at (and i've been to a lot of hotels in my life), the staff were faultless and the little touches this hotel offers just makes the entire experience worth every penny! The massage was just want I needed to de-stress and being able to use their facilities after it was a lovely bonus! there was herbal teas and dried fruit to enjoy in their relaxation room and dotted around are pitchers of fruited iced water which was just so yummy! The hotel room itself was huge and had everything you could ask for (you'll have to stay in one to see what i mean) with a few little extra freebies (that are not what you think) to make your stay super comfortable! I will be staying again soon i'm sure :)

Gorgeous day, the spa staff were fantastic and the therapists were particularly attentive. Thought it was great value and was hugely relaxed by the time I left. Would definitely return.

My wife and I had a wonderful first experience at Crown Plaza Battersea; although she did not use the spa on this occasion she can't wait to book her next treatment and spa; as for me, it had been many months planning and desiring to have some body treatment/massage and especially looking forward to the spa, and I was not disappointed. We have spoken very highly of our experience and have recommended Crown Plaza Battersea to our friends. FYI my reason for a markdown on cleaning had to do with the a few light spots on the carpet entering our room; also white splashes on right hand side curtain near the bottom; seen when curtains are drawn. (Ps, white splashes appears like milk and hope it's not body fluid). Looking forward to booking our next package at our earliest opportunity in the new year.
