The spa had a wonderful feel. Could have use a jacuzzi, more showers and toilets. Staff at the spa was wonderful, kind and competent. Feelt in safe hands.
Beautiful place and amazing customer service, I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and as soon as we got there we were treated like royalty all the staff were brilliant and the couples massage was fantastic I would definitely recommend this hotel/spa to everyone and I am 100% going to be a returning customer
Lovely little spa space - great for a middle of day visit because it wasn't at all busy. Treatment ( back massage) was fab, relaxation room peaceful (lovely teas!) and steam room excellent. Disappointing that not all the elements of the spa pool were working. We didn't try the sauna. Afternoon tea was delicious and served by cordial staff, but it was very slow coming.
Booked a spa day for my partner for Valentines day, She was impressed with the facility, she loved the shoulder & back massage & the facilities were very good.
though we were running late due to heavy traffic, we gave them a call and they were quite understanding.
Even though I only booked for one person as I waited in the waiting room one of the staff members asked me if I wanted to join my partner in the pool free of charge! I can say this the money is worth it & the staff are great. definitely recommend this Spa.
