The treatment itself and my therapist were lovely. But the facilities were awful! The changing room was filthy with rubbish everywhere. The shower taps in both the changing room and the spa itself didn't work. One tap actually came off in my hand! I could sense the staff were really embarrassed by the state of the place. The treatment was worth the money but the spa add on was very disappointing which was the whole appeal of the package.

The staff were very friendly and the massages we had were excellent. The spa facilities were good, but we couldn't see how to use some of the equipment in the hydrotherapy pool. The ladies changing room got a bit crowded with 4 ladies in it. It would be better to have the body lotion outside the showers and not inside. It was very nice to be provided with bath robe and towels.

I had a wonderful time staff was on paw doing a excellent job and the spa and sauna was magnificent I truly had a lovely birthday on friday thanks again Treatwell

The spa had a wonderful feel. Could have use a jacuzzi, more showers and toilets. Staff at the spa was wonderful, kind and competent. Feelt in safe hands.

Beautiful place and amazing customer service, I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and as soon as we got there we were treated like royalty all the staff were brilliant and the couples massage was fantastic I would definitely recommend this hotel/spa to everyone and I am 100% going to be a returning customer
