On arrival was granted a complimentary room upgrade, which was lovely of them, spa facility great, staff very helpful, wife had a facial and I had a back massage which we both loved, food was of average standard but overall would definitely visit again and recommend 👍
Weekend was very nice. Staff were pleasant and very welcoming . Would recommend to friends and family.
Had a wonderful time with this package. The staff at spa naturel and Mercure were all so friendly, the massage amazing and the different spa facilities spot on. And breakfast and 3 course dinner couldn't fault!
Arrived and was greeted with a drink, lovely friendly staff. No rush to go to the treatments x loved the tranquility room as well x lovely facilities and leisurely lunch.
