Fantastic venue and brilliant staff, meals were fantastic, only one of the main lifts were working which proved to be a little inconvenient but other than that everything was brilliant
The treatments were amazing. Our lunch wasn't really nice. But because it was our friends birthday we didn't want to complain. The changing rooms were very dirty and showers were mouldy
Very enjoyable only problem was I could not find the ice cave or aroma room? Only the sauna? Maybe didn’t look hard enough.
Treatments were lovely room very relaxing. Really nice when we went for our lunch to find a table reserved for us. A nice touch as I can imagine the restaurant can get busy at lunch times. Good value and best manicure I have had for years. Deffinately come again.

Superb staff from start to finish that made the overall experience a delight. They could have not been more helpful through the booking process and all 5 of us rated highly the treatments we received an the staff that delivered them.
One of the spa rooms was out of order which was disappointing and we all felt that that there needed to be someone who maintained the areas during the day to keep it a little more clean and tidy - toilet / changing areas especially. And to clear water build ups from walkways as they became slippy.
The spa is in a great central location in a lovely area of Sheffield. We would have liked more areas to be able to relax and chat in as a group, but appreciate the limitations of the building.
