Enjoyable, but had facial and was pregnant and they made me lay flat on my back which wasn’t very comfortable and gave me back pain rest of night, but apart from that was a nice day
Spa was good but missing a jacuzzi whirlpool hot tub something in that nature. I can honestly say having no jacuzzi will have an affect on less bookings
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we were made to feel welcome straight away. Came away feeling thoroughly relaxed. After a light lunch we all had a superb massage.
Staff really helpful and friendly at busy times like breakfast seemed a little understaffed. Spa facilities were nice but it was a shame there was no Jacuzzi in the pool. The room was lovely and great views from the 4th floor of the indoor gardens and Sheffield icons. Beds were clean and very comfortable. We had a great time.
