The staff at Spa Isha were exccelent from the start: there was a dilemma when I booked online through the TreatWell site, and the slot had just been simultaneously booked; they called me straight-away to apologise & inform me of this, offering me an alternative slot and some additional time. The pre-massage questionaire was incisive & thorough, followed by an excellent deep-tissue massage.
