The staff at Spa Isha were exccelent from the start: there was a dilemma when I booked online through the TreatWell site, and the slot had just been simultaneously booked; they called me straight-away to apologise & inform me of this, offering me an alternative slot and some additional time.
The pre-massage questionaire was incisive & thorough, followed by an excellent deep-tissue massage.

First time visit and a convert; this will be my go-to salon. I had a classic facial with the lovely Vidya - oh my goodness; I was soooo relaxed as the facial included a kneck/shoulder and head massage (I floated home). Wonderful products (hand made on the premises) by the knowledgeable and professional staff. Spacious, warm and clean environment who work to hygienic practices. Highly recommend (you will not be disappointed here)

We were greeted warmly and presented with a consultation form about out genereal health and lifestyle. After that, we taken to a warm and relaxing room to receive our treatments. I must say, the massage I reveived was the best I've ever had! My therapist included lots of smaller details, focused on new areas and performed techniques that were new to me - and I've had quite a few massages! From hot towels behind the neck to smelling oils prior to the massage, thr complete experience left me feeling extremely relaxed. The venue was clean and both therapist were very friendly. At the end, I even won a mini facial kit as part of their Christmas promotion. Thanks so much! I definitely reccomend Spa Isha to anyone in West London!

Dinesh is amazing. Has a very holistic approach and really cares about the physical and mental health of his clients. They offer so much more than your average spa, where you're just another appointment. Highly recommend.
