First time & had ever had a spa & facial, and it was a wonderful experience. Donna made me feel very comfortable and the treatments were amazing. Will definitely be going back and will purchase as gifts for family & friends for special occasions, would definitely recommend

Massage was great if you were expecting it to be a reiki experience with minimal touching. Starting with the 15 minute wait for the therapist to return to the room. I thought she had forgotten about me or that i had 50 layers of clothing to remove. The ten minute light touch of my back with the frequent staff breaks (where i imagine the nights plans were being arranged on her phone) was nothing short of a delight. The continued breakdown of the air con and subsequent banging was blissful. The facial followed another break to allow me to 'just relax' was excellent, some cleansing and moisturising 101 with another ten minute staff break while I adorned a frozen eye mask. To say i felt revitalised is an understatement i really couldnt wait to jump up and leave sadly only to pour myself a glass of water to then wear it as the plastic cups had holes in them. In total, I must have had 'hands on' me for approximately 15-17 minutes of my x2 25 minute treatments. Not a great experience, I am sorry to say.

Had treatments with Sasha today and they were phenomenal. She had amazing pressure and it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve had in years! Will definitely book again, the head massage was so relaxing❤️.

Amazing experience. Felt so at ease from the start, Sascha was lovely and explained everything so well. The mummy to be massage itself by Sascha was very relaxing and just what I needed to unwind being 33 weeks pregnant. Cannot wait to return for another :)
