Not a “spa”just a salon, which is fine if that’s what you’ve paid for but this place sells itself as a high end hotel spa which it really isn’t. Greeted at reception by a girl wearing a hoodie. Lots of intrusive personal questions from therapist during “relaxing” treatment. Noise of guys in the gym next door shouting at each other, carrying on. No music in the treatment room. Overall very poor. Just not for me.

Best day ever! Made full use of the pool, sauna and steam room. Donna Marie did my back, neck and shoulder massage and also my scalp massage and facial. It was pure bliss, I was so relaxed and chilled by the end of it.Donna Marie was lovely.
