I went to the spa as I was from suffering clogged pores. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing and the body scrub treatment left my skin amazing. Treatment room was a bit cold but seemed clean. Relaxation room was kept tidy but guests were noisy. Staff very polite and helpful. All in all very affordable and I will go back regularly.

The spa was lovely when we visited. quite busy but I like that, nobody being huffy about the odd bit of conversation going on. there used to be nicer shower gels and there weren't quite enough towel hooks for the number of people visiting, i might have ended up with the wrong towel. all in all a really relaxing visit.

I attended the spa and can’t help feel a little disappointed by the facilities. Whilst I understand that the lights in the toilet and showers not working might be beyond your control, the backwards and forwards upstairs to the main pool wasn’t conducive to the relaxing experience I had hoped for.
