Visit - Sun 16th Sept. Such a great treatment from Lucy, thank you. She really worked on the bits of my back that had tension and then the rest was so relaxing. Great facial too. My partner had a similarly great treatment with Lila.
This Spa is such good value, I have been on numerous occasions and the treatments have been just as good as some top hotel spas that I have been to at at least double the price.
Unfortunately on this occasion, the Spa area was not as clean as it has been on previous visits, the showers and floors were dirty and the Eucalyptus steam room did not have any scent at all.
That said we still had a really relaxing visit, great treatments and thought it was good value.

Rupee was really good at providing treatment and made me feel relaxed. They need to be more inviting at the reception also more attentive they kind of just raise their voice at you from a distance. Reception area could have a better atmosphere. But treatment good for its price.
