I was very disappointed in the service I received. I had never been to the venue before and when I arrived I was super impressed with the layout and the set up with the Spa itself.
The facial itself was ok. As with any previous facial I had had in other places I expected 'extraction' to be part of the process. This was not the case, so I did not feel I had the full experience.
At the end of the treatment I was feeling relaxed and content, only to be approached by the lady trying to sell me products whilst I was still laying semi naked on the bed. This put me off extremely and I do not think I will be returning there.
Classic Facials
The spa is beautiful and well kept although inside a gym. It is a treat to go there. The massage was quite good and the therapist was excellent with her strokes. Only thing is it was not as Ayurvedic as described. Seemed more a hot stone massage. Still excellent so still satisfied with the outcome.
Ayurvedic Massage
The lady who did my massage was fantastic - very professional. The treatment was absolutely gorgeous which started with an exfoliation followed by a relaxing massage. Would thoroughly recommend.
Bamboo Massage
I had the La Sultane De Saba Ayurveydic Massage and it was fabulous! When I arrived at the spa they were running 15 mins behind so I was shown to a relaxation room to have a herbal tea. The treatment was more than a massage as it also involved a body scrub. My skin felt amazing and so did I! I was so relaxed afterwards. My therapist (Laura?) was brilliant and made me feel at ease. They did try and upsell some products/further treatments which detracted slightly from the experience but not enough to stop me from highly recommending the treatment and the venue.
Ayurvedic Massage
Excellent massage from Laura. Only downside was it didn't last long enough! I will definitely be back
