Staff were very awkward, they did not make it comfortable for us at all. Kept looking at us weirdly. They made us fill our a form the time our treatment started, then got it wrong so made us fill out another, which resulted to only a half an hour treatment. Treatment was painful, and very rushed. Overall I think the spa was beautiful but the members of staff were very unpleasant and made us not even want to use the spa facilities and just leave asap. The staff members we had were answering questions we had with so much attitude it was horrible.

My wax at Wimbledon Leisure Centre was good. The beautician was friendly, competent and very speedy (in a good way - I want my waxes to be short and sharp!) The bed was heated - what a treat! And the towels were super fluffy. I'd definitely go back.
However, on the downside - the receptionist wasn't friendly or welcoming - actually quite rude (hence the 4 star rating) and the waiting area was uncomfortable and could be improved with comfier seats and more space.
