The massage was ok, but not as good as others I have had recently at a different spa in Wimbledon. I left feeling disappointed. I had told the therapist that I had a really bad neck, so was expecting her to concentrate on this area. The previous massage therapist at the other spa was amazing and relieved the pain in that area so I was expecting it to feel the same, but it didn't.
The therapist was friendly but the treatment was very poor. My shellac is lumpy and has already chipped... within an hour of treatment. Also booked a mani pedi and all I got way a file, cutie clean up and a messy paint job. No soak, hard skin removal, exfoliation, massage, moisturising. I have A LOT of manis and pedis and this was definitely not one! It was a file and paint. Iv complained and asked for a refund. Will not be returning until they improve their standards. Until then I advise you avoid
The treatment room has a nice ambience, with soothing music. You have to use the leisure centre loos if you want the bathroom, not so great. The massage itself is relaxing, but I need a deep tissue massage that will release my very tense back - this was more of a tickle. Good hour if you want a gentle massage and some quiet time.
