While the masseuse was lovely, the massage was terrible. Although the massage is described as 'gently nourishing', it was just too soft, even when I asked for more pressure. I left feeling exactly as I had when I went in, just really disappointed and out of pocket. The treatment is not cheap, and for that amount of money I would expect the therapist to work on areas of tension, not ignore them, paricuarly as the massage is designed to 'relieve tension in the back, shoulders, scalp, hands and feet'. Actual massage was minimal-it was like being stroked with oil for an hour! The therapist didn't explain the oil she was going to use at the beginning (which I would have found reassuring) and applied a very cold cooling gel at the end without warning. You are massaged on your side, which I also found uncomfortable. I've had better pregnancy massages where I've been propped up on pillows, allowing the masseuse to work properly on the. Back. Overall, a very disappointing and expensive experience.

Great experience which exceeded expectations. I went on a weekday and was able to book a treatment on the day. Great massage from Nataliya and lovely welcome from the reception staff, particularly an Italian lady whose name I didn't get. Not too busy on a Wednesday. Has everything you need for a very relaxing day. Would definitely recommend and will be going again.

It was a really good thermal spa for the money we paid but would have liked to use the steam room, but the lady did tell me £5 gift vouchers would be issued our because of this. Which shows how good they are to their customers
