Staff were lovely & ensured we had all the information we needed to enjoy our experience. The facilities were well maintained & we especially enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool. I thought the relaxation room was quite cold though, we didn't stay in there long before going back into the main area of the spa. The facial and deep tissue massage we had were also lovely, however the treatments ended earlier than they should have done.

Hi the Spa seemed really nice and my therapist was lovely but the facilities for a pedicure were basic with a bowl of water rather than a sink !
