The spa is reasonably priced but it feels as if the actual spa area should be included in the price as there's not much to the facilities and when buying two treatments already, seems a bit unfair to have to purchase this also. The massage was reasonable and the mud treatment was good but I wasn't blown away. It feels like there could be some good improvements made.

Really lovely, clean and relaxing experience. The deep tissue massage was excellent!

Good experience and bamboo massage from Laura. Facial was basic - cleanse, tone and moisture. More time could be spent on feet.
Relaxation room - food should be removed - there was a person MUNCHING on an apple next to me....not a good ambience...

Andrea gave a great bamboo massage - the only critique is that not much time is spent on the feet.
The facial is also very basic - general cleanse, tone and moisture.
