Such a fantastic deep tissue massage! Zara was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable and always checking the pressure was right. She focused on areas that I had a lot of pain and tension and the results have been fantastic! The only down side is that I could have stayed for an extra hour! Thank you!

Great treatment as always laura was excellent. The locker room is not the cleanest- had an odd smell but maybe because it was end of day (8pm). But overall, given proximity to my place and the treatement, would really recommend.
