Absolutely amazing experience, not busy or noisy at all, lovely ambience, the staff were friendly and helpful both during the visit and beforehand with their excellent customer service. Only downside was the ice fountain and foot spas weren't working. Otherwise a faultless experience.

Hot stone massage was incredibly relaxing. Therapist was very good at checking temperature/pressure throughout and was very knowledgeable - able to give me advice on reducing muscle tension. Thank you!

Great ambience, friendly staff and clean rooms. Only disappointment was the booked staff was not available for my appointment whereas nobody informed me in advance but since the staff who did my treatment was also good it was alright.

Loved the spa and lime salt glow treatment! The spa was clean with good facilities and a very relaxing atmosphere. This is very good value for what you get. Already looking to book my next visit!

The staff could know more about the local parking restrictions as I had to run out to avoid getting a ticket after staff reassuring me I could renew my ticket, I couldn’t. A very stressful final 10 minutes that cut my stay at the spa short by an hour.
