The spa itself was lovely and the therapists friendly; it was clean and felt relaxed. The only reason for marking down is the difficulty booking the appointment with the app and then being on hold to the Spa endlessly with the most irritating voice telling me ‘to please be patient... thank you for your patience’ on repeat.
