Great setting for a spa! All so relaxing, clean & luxurious. The facial I had was on offer for £40 from £70 so that was great value too. However I was given a different facial to what I booked, it wasn't too bad.

Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing however my therapist mentioned her eyes were not as good as they used to be and that the lighting wasn't great so kept missing hairs. I didn't realise the extent of this until I later returned home where I found a large number of very obvious patches that had been missed. Shame as it was a very painless wax.

Booking was messed up but have rearranged for another time. Nice staff although my therapist did miss quite a few hairs.
