Overall I had a pleasant day at the spa; the thermal spa itself was great (really loved the rainfall shower and steam room) and my treatments were good too. It was a little busy which detracted from the relaxed atmosphere and the changing rooms and toilets (shared with the leisure centre) looked nice but were't exactly clean.

First pedicure I’ve had here and I won’t have another. I had nail varnish on my skin and the big toes were lumpy as if the varnish was old. I actually took the varnish off when I got home as it looked so bad. I realised afterwards that a base coat hadn’t been put on either. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price.
