The location was down a fairly quiet road, next to the Better Gym but completely separated off if that makes sense. You go through a brown door and to the spa and you genuinely feel like you're not even at a leisure centre. I loved the ambience.
The facial itself was extremely relaxing. I got the Murad Method. I read somewhere that the therapist is meant to give you a skin analysis and then recommend which facial would be best but I didn't get any analysis
.. she just asked what my skin concerns were and recommended one based on what i said. I would've preferred if she looked at my skin and told me what would be best for me as she is the professional.
Also during the facial she didn't really talk me through what she was doing or what products she was using or what the key ingredients were and how they'd help. She did for some steps but not all. There were points where I had to ask her what was going on my face.
All in all I would probably go back just because I really enjoyed it, it's fairly near by to me and they've got quite a few deals that make the facials a lot more affordable.
