When we booked we were told the steam room was out of order. We didn't think that would be too big of a deal, but when we got there, we spent ten minutes in the hot tub before they closed that too. We paid £27 each to use a sauna, and lie on the beds, which didn't have sufficient heating. We spoke to the woman on reception and she didn't care. It's best to call up before to check if everything's open.
Lovely spa that's easily accessible by bus or tube. Professional and friendly reception staff, nice sauna and steam rooms, plus a relaxation room that had delicious tea. I braved the ice bucket a few times too! I had a wonderful de-stress massage from Aline who even managed to deal with the tension in my neck. I definitely hope to return!
I just had the most amazing facial with Aline. While waiting for the mask to set, Aline massaged my shoulders. I felt so relaxed. Lovely setting and very clean. Would highly recommend
I had a deeply relaxing and enjoyable experience this Easter Sunday. The place was quiet, my body scuba was amazing, and me and cousin had a really enjoyable. The staff were do friendly and facilities were like visiting a hotel spa. My favourite was the jacuzzi!
Had a brilliant time today at the spa for the thermal spa experience. Lovely facilities and was treated so so well by Tesha, she went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Will definitely book again.
