Lovely place, really clean and with a beautiful design. All you need is there: sauna, steam, relaxation room, water jets bathtub.
Three things they need to work on, in my opinion:
- staff should be more present in the spa area, and keep control of the wild guests talking loudly.
- they should change the water and tea station and move it outside the relaxation room. it’s so annoying when you are there trying to take a nap or read and all you hear is cups and side plates clanging or kettles going off.
- boiler check every day as the water jets bathtub was cold

The facility is new and clean.
I went Wednesday afternoon and surprisingly busy but not over crowded.
I had a slightly uncomfortable moment when a random guy asked how old I am at the sauna, following the question "Where are you originally came from?". He seemed just curious and nothing more than that.
The relaxation area is very comfortable but one lady was talking over hour in normal voice tone or louder then other people start talking loud too. So it become kind of cafe rather than tranquil area.
It's nothing to do with their facility or management. Just a one of strange day, I guess.
