Good but very busy. Group of young teenage boys who hadn’t booked asked reception if they could come in 10mins later they were in. Apparently they were fully booked when I had tried to change my slot and was told I couldn’t. It felt cramped and they were on their phones. Ruined the ambience a bit but they apart from that it was fine. Only two changing rooms for women. The showers plug wasn’t clean and had hair in it. It was a nice place to come and apart from the minor things it was good for the price. Ps parking only available if you have a treatment. Which I found out on the day.
Relaxing experience me and my friend thoroughly enjoyed it especially the relaxing area. Jacuzzi on last 2 occassions has been lukewarm got out because we were cold. Overall good experience
It’s a lovely spa if you go at 10 am you will have barely anyone in there it’s super clean staff is friendly very good value highly recommend x
Spa was quiet and relaxing. Facilities were really clean. Felt my treatment was super rushed which isn’t a reflection on the quality of the staff member more the time allocated to the treatment wasn’t long enough. As a result I didn’t feel that relaxed after it. However, I would consider trying other treatments at the spa and it hasn’t put me off coming again. The thermal spa is great for the price.
