The therapist was brilliant and attentive. The facials was soothing and my skin felt fresh. The ambience was also very good. I arrived early (about 1 hour), but the therapist allows me to start my facial about 30 mins later as the customer before me did not turn up. This was good as I do not have to wait for the entire hour. Highly recommended

I bought a treat for my mother and decided to have one for myself too. It really was very good value. The only downside was that we were two we could not be booked in at the same time so we had to go in turns but it was a nice experience overall.

Very annoying to book an appointment - emailed & called several times, finally they replied to our email to say they only booked appointments 2 weeks in advance as they weren't sure of the schedule. To give them credit they did email back a week later to confirm. When we got there they were brilliant - really good treatments, nice surroundings but they really do need to sort out their booking procedure.

I had a lovely hydrating facial. The therapist also gave me a hand massage while the mask was drying which made the experience even more wonderful. She was very gentle and definitely knew what she was doing. My face felt glowing that evening, Would definitely recommend.

The massage was throughouly enyojable and relaxing experience. The therapist focused on areas which were particulary tense and used the right massage techniques to ease the eching muscles. The surroundings helped to unwind and forget about stress. This massage was exactly what the doctor ordered!
