Great value treatment. The therapist really worked on my tension areas and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Not sure if I got the full time. The venue was clean and well equipped but I could have done with the oil being heated up first.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Spa is fantastic and the massage room was extremely nice and the ambience was great. The therapist was polite and courteous and gave me a wonderful massage. I will definitely be going back again.

I thought the therapist was very good and the room was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.
I asked for a firm massage and she did very well. the only problem with the experience was the toilet facilities in the main building were dirty and let the spa down.

I had been recomended to Visit Sophie by a friend within the gym at the centre and certainly was not dissapointed !!
I was greated with a big smile and from the start Sophie was wonderfully pleasent and professional and all that I had been told ..
The massage was just superb and I will definately book again !! ... The heated beds are a dream.
A lovely hour spent in a small Oasis of tranquility.
This is a well organised facility and the environment is clean and friendly. The therapist was efficient and the massage was pleasant if not first class. Recommended as it offers good value for money
