There was some issues when I first tried to book my treatment time. Firstly, I phoned the reservation number that was advertised on Treatwell site. The booking was confirmed by the receptionist over the telephone, then I made a second directly to the venue for further enquiry. I was told there was no booking made, very confused and worried. But, then the Spa Manager managed to sort out my booking arrangement via email.

From the minute I walked in I felt very welcomed my a lady on reception. Then I was taken to the treatment room where the atmosphere was so relaxing and was just perfect.
The girl that massaged me was amazing, she worked on my shoulder ans nexk areas which my muscles were most tense.
I will definitely recommend this day spa and I can't wait till I go again.

I went for a swedish massage, quite different to the thai massages I normally get. Very enjoyable, the room and massage bed were very relaxing. Thank you Tiffany - friendly and knowledgeable about Thalgo products (I was peppering her with questions).

The therapist was amazing! The massage was one of the best I have had. I am a massage therapist myself so should know quality! The ambience of the room was excellent and the room was clean and very quiet.

It was my second visit to the Swiss Cottage SPA. The therapist was very professional and I felt relaxed after the treatment. My skin was very soft and smooth for a few days after the treatmnet. The therapists use Thalgo cosmetics, which is a great plus. The SPA is very clean and well managed.
