Paid for a 50 min experience and received a rushed 30
min one. I arrived 10 mins late as had to stand in reception behind people booking swimming lessons and soft play sessions. I called the venue to tell them that I was delayed downstairs and she didn't say anything. Anyway we started the treatment and after just under 30 mins the therapist told me we were done. I politely asked if they were going to deduct the time due to late arrival they should've told me at reception and I wouldn't have bothered.I was then told
that I had booked a time slot and not a treatment duration so she finished in that time slot. She was so dismissive towards me - ruined my experience and I am never going back. When one goes to a spa for a treatment, one doesn't expect to stand in reception for over 10 mins.
