The spa was clean and the beautician worked quickly but I wasn't too happy when I noticed towards the end of the treatment that she was double dipping, which is pretty unhygienic when you're having a hollywood wax

Amazing experience. Nicole the therapist was really good , could have spent slightly more time on the face massage and needed to be wrapped better. In saying that though I would thoroughly recommend and will be going back again
