I had the hollywood waxing but when I left I saw there was still some hair that had not been removed.

The massage and facial was amazing; we booked the double spa room for our treatments and it was lovely!
As it was a mother's day deal I had the Thermal Spa as part of the deal...I wouldn;t bother with this as it was quite budget and smelled really bad. Drain smell throughout.
However the actual treatments and treatment rooms were lovely.
Just don't go in the sauna or steamroom!

Had a fab back, scalp and face massage with Ann-Marie. Super relaxing and just the right pressure! Would definitely recommend :)
